This is our much anticipated return leg collaboration with our pals from Manchester - Courier Brew Co. 😁

We decided on a Dip Hopped IPA, hopped with Comet and Simcoe.

Boasting Piney, zesty, citrusy, tropical and herbal notes.

A pint that tastes like a west coast but doesn't look like it.. We present to you, Fake Identity.

Packed with Chinook and Cascade offering tropical, zesty notes finishing with a hint of bitterness and lovely mouthfeel and medium body, it's a nice one to sup on and hard not to session at 5.3%

This dark little number is our second Black IPA release after Struggle Bus.

With a good dump of Citra in the kettle and Comet and Simcoe as the dry hop.

Creating a roasty, piney, bitter finish that's light in body.

ASPIRATIONAL KICKFLIP - the kickflip you’d pull off if you were a bit more talented and dedicated! This beer is hazy and hoppy but still crisp. We loaded Mosaic hops into the whirlpool before a big dose of Cryo Mosaic (berries!), Bru-1 (pineapples!) and El Dorado (citrus!) in the dry hop. Gnarly.

This hazy IPA is the product of HUMAN ERROR and experimentation. We threw lots of hops at the wall and a blend of Cryo Azacca and Cryo Ekuanot in the Whirlpool and dry hop of 12g/L seemed to stick! Expect juicy, tropical flavours of citrus and mango paired with delicate bitterness and a soft mouthfeel.

A slightly hazy IPA that's perfect for chugging. Simcoe in the Whirlpool along with more Simcoe, Azacca and Waimea in the dry hop gives a wonderfully, crisp marmalade-y taste to one of our favourite new brews.

Soft Launch is here! Well, it's now Hard Launched but whatever...

A similar number to Soft Living, being another tasty sessionable NEPA using Citra and Krush hops.

We’ve tweaked the BRAVE NOISE Pale Ale recipe by adding Orange & Lemon Zest to the whirlpool to extract the delicate citrus flavour without the tartness. A dry hop addition of Mosaic and Citra finish off this fruity little number

Proceeds from this beer are supporting the Women In Beer project. WiB is a group which creates safe spaces for women to enjoy and learn about beer. They aim to highlight and support women who work in the beer industry with the creation of projects like festivals and mentorship schemes.

Our first Lager we've done on our own, now that we've put our big boy pants on.

An easy, crisp lager to enjoy these toasty evenings we're having.

This big ole Double IPA is as hazy as they come with flaked oats and malted wheat giving a lovely, pillowy body. The delicious hop bill includes Belma, Ekuanot and Amarillo so you’ll pick up on tropical fruit, citrus and maybe even a hint of strawberries. At 16g/L there’s no doubt that these are the stars of the show!

STRUGGLE BUS - is a mouth-watering Black IPA and includes Chocolate Malt which adds a delicious roasted flavour but it's hopped like a modern IPA. The combination is complex and satisfying. It has dollops of piney Cascade and citrussy Citra hops on the hot side and Talus and Citra in the dry hop for those moreish grapefruit and citrus notes.

NO WORRIES IF NOT - A West Coast IPA is a sunset in a glass. Or can! Slightly more bitter than your average IPA, and brewed with a touch of crystal malt for sweetness and rye for spicy notes. Simcoe and Chinook hops were lashed into the whirlpool and we loaded up on Cryo Simcoe, Chinook and Citra in the dry hop charge. Get on it!

Blackberry, cherry and a warming blend of spices. A beautiful collaboration, just like the making of Rough & Crumble. A joint effort between Closet Brewing and Spookton, this cosy winter sour is the perfect antidote to those chilly nights.

IMPOSTER SYNDROME is the beer we like to drink! Loaded with Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Amarillo hops, it’s the modern take on an IPA. It’s hazy and the hops pack some gorgeous flavours of gooseberry, citrus, lychee and tropical fruit.

GIGGLES is a crushable session pale ale, dry hopped with Citra and Idaho 7 hops. It’s light and refreshing and you can expect flavours of grapefruit and mango. Dive in!

GLOOM is a luxurious stout loaded with oats to give a smooth and decadent drinking experience. There are also hints of coffee and chocolate in this delicious, dark beer.
