The Maray story began in the summer of 2014, inspired by their experiences in the cultural melting pot of Le Marais, Paris. They serve food inspired by the flavours of the Middle East alongside incredible wine and bold, delicious cocktails. And, in an exciting development, they’re coming to Chester!
