Crowdfunder Finale!
POW!
We did it! Or, rather, you did it! Thanks to our wonderful customers we achieved our target of £3,000 to part-fund a new, larger, fermenter. The totaliser actually hit £4,393 on the end-date of 28th November.
We have seen a couple pop up on the second-hand market and are already making enquiries about when we can pay for, and collect, our lovely new piece of kit.
Having said that, unfortunately we had to postpone the event that celebrated the conclusion of the crowdfunder as I, Jon, was ill. Bit of a bummer.
So what’s the plan now?
We are now hosting the TANK PARTY on 12th December. Hush are in doing scran and we will draw the raffles for all our wonderful prizes. We have taken those prizes down from the website so that no one who bought raffle tickets prior to our previous date has their chances of winning diluted.
All the prizes that Spookton are offering (such as 1yr Discount on Cans, Improved Bar Tabs and Name a Beer) are still available, and will continue to be, until 12th December.
Excitingly, we had a couple of prizes gifted to us late in the crowdfunder process and these will be available from now until the tank party. These new prizes are:

We’ll also be drawing a couple of extra raffle prizes who will win some Spookton cans and merch on the night.
We will be in touch with everyone who has contributed by the end of 3rd December to let them know what’s happening with their purchase.
The Bar Tab Book

The most common (and completely understandable) question we have received so far is “how is the bar tab going to work!?” The answer is that we have a note pad behind the bar with all the bar tab supporters names and tab amounts and we will take off your purchases and let you know where you stand after each order.
